Reform of the length:diameter ratio
Improve the length:diameter ratio of the double screw rotor. Raise the integral rigidity of rotor by shorten the distance between the two bearings. Thus, it would achieve higher volume efficiency under the higher pressure and decrease vibration greatly, reduce noise, extend the machine's useful life.

Reform of the distance between core of axes
Increase the efficient;sectional area and the distance between initiative and passive axes, then achieve highest utilization ratio of rotor's area.
