Stable and Efficient Transmission Connection

SUCCESS ENGINE adopts a high-strength intermediate coupling combined with a high-load elastic coupling device. The coupling bracket plays a stable role, and the elastic coupling plays a role in transmitting rotational torque, compensating axis offset, absorbing vibration and reduces loading impact. Ingenious System Design

SUCCESS ENGINE pays special attention to piping system design, sealing effect and pressure difference of each part, and has carried out a special optimization design for the pressure-bearing parts. Flange welding and non-destructive evaluation (NDE) has been used for sealing connections, ensure the anti-corrosion, sealing and durability of the system pipeline.

The container inner wall is installed with thermal insulation and noise-reducing rock wool materials, the wall is decorated with porous aluminum plate, and ceiling is installed with LED lighting. The overall interior is luxurious, clean and bright, with heat-insulation and noise reduction.

The aerodynamic calculation and full three-dimensional flow simulation are carried out, combined with actual operation data to optimize the volute structure and fan blade profile, to save power, increase dynamic pressure, and achieve the best fan efficiency.

Adopts side-entry & top-discharge closed frequency conversion fan cooling structure. Equip with centrifugal fan, the frequency conversion automatically adjusts the fan speed according to the system temperature change.

Industrial Humanized Design

The compressed air outlet and the sewage outlet are all led out to the container bottom, which is convenient for connecting the air pipeline, and the sewage can also be discharged externally after the shutdown. 

Operation Safety Design

For startup, it can be selected frequency conversion control, power frequency / frequency conversion dual-purpose control and soft start. The frequency conversion control can adjust the speed of drive motor according to the change of actual air consumption, the energy will be effectively saved. Stable pressure and variable flow also reduce energy waste and improve operation efficiency. Soft start can reduce the peak current during startup and reduce the impact on power grid and mechanical parts.
